Hi Karen — Just FYI, we already have a FAQ page to list “How do I . . . ” questions and a “Requested Features” page for desired functionality.  I’d like to delete this page because its title is so close to the Requested Features page .  .  .but I’d love to incorporate what you’ve written below into the Help page.  Is that cool with you?
